Jibril Semour joined Jones Lang LaSalle Romania as Head of the Retail & Property Management department in Romania in January 2009. He is responsible primarily for the management and organization of the retail leasing team and for growing the department’s business and client base.
Before working for JLL Jibril worked for a shopping centre management company, a developer and an agency, working with companies such as Carrefour, Cora, Auchan, Immoeast, AEW, Sonae Sierra, Liebrecht & Wood, AFI Israel, Primavera Development, Catinvest and Euromall. Jibril has a Master of Science in Business, major in Finance, from INSEEC, Paris, and a Master of Science in International Business from the Beijing Institute of Technology in China.

Diana is a business journalist with over 8 years of experience in print, radio and TV footages. Since 2006 she got specialized in real estate media coverage, being anchor-editor of the only live real estate TV show in Romania, Metropolis. All this time, she interviewed some of the greater realtors and broadcasted some of the biggest transactions ever made on the local market.
Currently Diana is producing a new business TV show for Antena 3, supported by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Romania.
Meanwhile she is supporting various projects related to the real estate market, being managing partner of Real Estate Evolution, the first integrated project in Romania on marketing and communication in real estate.

Alexandru Duduman graduated from the Academy of Economic Studies in Bucharest with degrees in International Business and in Finance & Banking. His previous banking experience includes various positions with Raiffeisen Bank SA (Bucharest) as Project Finance Coordinator and as Business Development Officer - Corporate Banking and with Investkredit Bank AG (Bucharest) as Key Account Manager in Real Estate Finance, a period in which was involved in a number of financings concerning retail projects. Currently Alexandru is a Partner with Swift Finance, a real-estate & project finance advisory company founded in 2008, specialised in raising new debt finance, restructuring existing financing packages and advising developers or investors on the financial side of their projects and investments.

With over 8 years of experience in the retail sector, Cosmin joined Takko in 2007 as Sales Director. It was the year when Takko Fashion decided to open operations in Romania as well. Cosmin handled the diligence in order to start up on the Romanian market due to the fact that he was the first employee here. In February 2008 he was appointed as Managing Director of Takko Fashion Romania. Since then he has been constantly building and consolidating the business, growing the company to have 32 shops at present. Previously he was responsible as Project Manager for the development of new store format Flanco World at Flanco International.

Cristina is Associate in the Cushman & Wakefield Bucharest office, the Shopping Centre Department, being responsible for international retail connections. She has been active in the real estate sector since 1998 and has over 4 years experience in shopping centre leasing. Cristina graduated from the Faculty of Mechanics (Technical University Bucharest) and is member of the National Committee of International Council of Shopping Centres (ICSC), the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS). Luiza Moraru is a key professional of the Romanian retail market with an extensive experience, working in the field since 2001 for prestigious companies like CBRE Eurisko and Cushman&Wakefield. She holds a BA from Bucharest Academy of Economic Studies and starting with 2006 she is an ICSC member-participant in European conferences of various topics on shopping centres. Luiza has specialized in development strategy, retail investment portfolio and building leasing strategies for shopping centers.

Ingo Nissen joined Sonae Sierra in 2000, when the company began its operations in Germany. In 2007 he was appointed Director, Development Romania, with particular responsibilities for the shopping centre development activities in that country.
Ingo has a degree in Civil Engineering from the Technical University in Braunschweig. He gained his PhD at the Technical University in Munich.

Georgiana started with Colliers in 2003, joining the Retail department as broker a year later. Working in a market that was just starting its boom, she specialized in leasing shopping centers. Her work in this sector includes: concept consultancy, team coordination and leasing strategy. Her clients are both retailers and developers. Mivan, Futureal, Immoeast, Riofisa are few of the developers that she has represented in recent years. In 2009 Georgiana became responsible for coordination of the Retail Department in Colliers International.
Prior to joining Colliers International she worked for 3 years as a consultant to the Phare and Sapard projects within the International Foundation for Economic Development of Romania.
Georgiana has a Bachelor of Finances, Insurance, Banks and Stock Exchange from the Academy of Economic Studies, Bucharest, and a Masters in International Projects Management from the National School of Politics and Administration.

Shimon Galon has lead GTC in Romania since the company started in the country in 1999. Since then the company has developed properties like Europe House, American House and City Gate, 4000 apartments in different projects in Bucharest, and 7 different shopping centres in Romania with a total surface of c. 400,00 sqm.
Mr Galon has 20 years of experience in managing real estate companies, developing and constructing different projects. As a constructor he was in charge of building 10,000 apartments in USA, Israel, Bulgaria and Turkey. As a developer he developed 5000 apartments in Israel and Turkey, and in the office sector he developed 1,500,000 sqm of office space including ‘ABC’, the biggest business centre in Israel, and Airport City in Tel Aviv.
Shimon Galon graduated as a Mechanical Engineer from the Beer Sheva University in Israel. He also has a BA in Social Sciences and Master in Social Psychology from Bar-Ilan University, and an MBA from Tel Aviv University.

Eran Socher is an attorney and a real estate investor and developer, currently residing and operating in Europe.
Eran is acting as director for business and retail development with the Futureal Group, a large European property development group. The Futureal Group has recently been ranked among the top 10 largest property development companies in Europe today. In his role Mr. Socher is responsible for development of retail projects and expanding development activities in new markets in Europe and abroad. Eran Socher is the development director for the Gold Plaza Shopping and Entertainment Center.
Eran Socher’s academic record combines law and information technology. He holds a BA degree in Law (Jurisprudence) from the University of Oxford, England and a Masters (MSc) in Computer Science from the University of Oxford. He is a US qualified attorney and a member of the New York Bar Association.
In his spare time, Eran is a contributor to several regional newspapers on legal and commercial issues related to entrepreneurialism, property development and investment.

Gunter Grieb has been CEO of Profi Romania SRL, a Romanian supermarket food retail chain with around 70 stores, since the beginning of 2010. From 2008 to September 2009 he was responsible for the market entry of Germany’s biggest DIY Retailer, OBI, in Romania as Chief Operating Officer. Before that, from 2003, he was Country Manager of Kaufland food retail hypermarket in Romania. He has an MS in Economics from the Berthold Brecht University in Augsburg.

Brigitte Schmitt was appointed Head of Property Management at DTZ Echinox in September 2009 and currently manages a portfolio of over 80,000 sqm of retail and office schemes. She is an experienced centre manager with a solid background in shopping centre management gained with ECE Projektmanagement GmbH & Co. KG, Hamburg. She has proven skills in setting and achieving goals in shopping centre marketing, being an effective manager with a track record of achievement in implementing change successfully and efficiently, based on a thorough understanding of the refurbishment process of a shopping centre. Her key achievements over ten years experience in shopping centre management include successfully introducing new marketing campaigns, increasing the performance of shopping centres and successfully introducing longer opening hours and Sunday shopping.
Between 1998 and 2009 at ECE Projektmanagement GmbH & Co. KG Brigitte was Center Manager of Hessen-Center Frankfurt, City Point Nürnberg, where she was responsible for shopping centre staff, day-to-day running of the shopping centre, tenant mix, tenant care, marketing, and managing & coordinating customer and tenant related activities.
From 1994 to 1997 Brigitte did Advanced Training at the Fachwirt der Grundstücks-und Wohnungswirtschaft IHK Nürnberg. From 1988 to 1997 she studied Business Administration and Management at the University of Würzburz, with her main focus on Marketing, Auditing, Monetary policy, receiving a Diplom-Kaufmann degree.
